We have well over 50 employees across three locations. Read below for some biographies of some of our management team.

Joe Berger

VP of Operations

Joe is our Vice President of Operations. He oversees all day to day operations of the company. He also does the vast majority of the training for new employees. Joe is a Veteran of the USMC, and was honorably discharged in 2000.

Chris Yeldell

Myrtle Beach Floor Manager

Chris is the floor manager in Myrtle Beach, SC. He is a happy go lucky guy, and admired by all of the staff in Myrtle Beach. Chris always keeps things upbeat. Chris hails from Pennsylvania, but now resides in Myrtle Beach.

Guy Devore

Associate Director

Guy comes to Linx Legal with over 20 years in the industry. He takes the time to get to know his clients and will leave no stone unturned. A family man with 5 boys of his own, you will likely find him at a baseball field when he’s not helping out Linx clients. 

Brandon Barron

Director of Marketing

Brandon runs the marketing side of Linx Legal. If you ever talk to a Linx rep on Facebook or Twitter, it is likely Brandon. Brandon has worked in online marketing for over 10 years. Contact Brandon for any ad related questions.

Aaron Tacy

Asst Manager Cancellation Team

Aaron works out of the Charlotte office. He enjoys helping people who have been wronged by the timeshare industry. Aaron was a former federal government contractor, and a US Army soldier. He was honorably discharged in 2017.

Amanda Morant

Senior Case Analyst

Amanda has been with Linx Legal since 2008. She has experience in marketing, communications, and customer service. Her main focus is to help people to save money by eliminating timeshare obligations.

Blake Davis

Case Manager

Blake works as a Case Manager for Linx Legal. Blake was born and raised in West Virginia, and has recently relocated to Charlotte, NC. He loves spending time with family and friends, and is an avid sports fan.

Ty Moss

Charlotte Manager

Ty Moss comes with a strong finance background. He’s a graduate of New York University , Stern School of Business, and spent over 14 years in international and domestic trade. He enjoys  playing chess, and golf with his wife and children.

Mike Miller

Case Builder

Mike enjoys meeting new people and helping clients with timeshare cancellations.  He developed an eagerness to serve and assist others through his time in the US Army and coaching basketball. Mike enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends.

Russell Marchese

Associate Director

Russ is driven by a passion for increasing each family’s quality of life by helping to relieve their timeshare burden. Russ goes the extra 2 miles for his clients, and continues to deliver every time. He has 13 years experience in the industry.

Hunter Vaughan

Case Analyst

Hunter has been working for Linx Legal since 2019. Born and raised in Myrtle Beach. He has a passion for consulting people on the best solution to their situations with Timeshares and truly enjoys helping others save a ton of money.

Pam Butler

Case Analyst

Pam is a South Carolina native who has a few years of experience in timeshare and a background in real estate. Her main focus is to help families so that they can better their financial situation. Pam loves to spend time with family, travel and go to the beach in her leisure time. 

Joseph Dillon

Case Analyst

Joseph comes from the non profit world having worked in the arts of symphony, ballet and theater for 25 plus years.  One of the things he was taught as a child  was to not buy something you can not take home or live in all the time. (His mom would always say that). He loves assisting others in saving money.
